WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer free shipping. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. This shipping estimate time arrival not include weekends, bank holidays or festive periods such as Christmas Day etc.
- UK shipments: 3-5 business days
- International shipments: 7-14 business days
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. Please be aware that depending on what country your order is being shipped to, there may be further charges. See 'Taxes and Duties' section for more information
TAXES AND DUTIES
Our warehouse is based in the UK. For orders shipped to the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import taxes and customs duty costs.
Kyharmony cannot estimate the amount of customs duties you will have to pay as the charges are imposed by your local customs office, which is beyond our control. It is essential to be aware that these charges are not included in the product or shipping fees and must be settled directly with your local customs authorities upon the arrival of your order. We do not take responsibility for any costs, taxes, or delays due to customs. For more information on applicable duties and taxes in your area, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only shipped on business days, which are Monday - Friday before 3 pm. Any orders placed after Friday 3pm will be shipped on the following Monday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For international shipments, it is essential for you to be aware that we are not responsible for the release timeline once your parcel reaches customs. Customs procedures vary, and the duration of clearing your parcel is solely at the discretion of the customs authorities, which is out of our control. If you have specific concerns or inquiries regarding the customs clearance status, we recommend reaching out directly to your local customs office for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
RETURN POLICY
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all dust-bags, original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS

When returning any of our item(s), it must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. All footwear must be tried indoors and must not show any indications of wear. If the original packaging has been damaged/unavailable, please return your product(s) to us in an acceptable box and mailbag.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
In the event that the item(s) is lost in transit on the way back to Kyharmony, customers must keep a receipt or proof of postage until the refund has been processed. If your return does not comply with the criteria indicated above, we retain the right to refuse your refund.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process any exchanges. You can kindly return your item(s) as followed by our returns policy and place a new order to receive the item(s) of your choice.
